Are you running 37 in. or larger tires on your JK? If you answered yes, we feel the RockJock Currectlync Modular Extreme Steering System is a mandatory upgrade for those who get their rigs out in the rocks! Being pro-active, so you don't get stranded in the wilderness with bent or broken factory steering components is the smart thing to do for your family's safety.
RockJock's completely bolt-on Modular Extreme Steering System is commonly referred to as our 2 1/2 Ton system. Features include massive a 1 5/8 in. diameter drag link tube and 1 5/8 in. diameter 4130 chromoly heat treated tie rod tube, 1 1/4 in. RH/LH thread forged steel rod ends, removable rod end cartridges that may be used in standard or reversed orientation, premium jam nuts and our heavy duty steering stabilizer shock bracket kit. Components are powder coated semi-gloss black so they are ready for install right out of the box!
Our heavy duty U-bolt style steering stabilizer shock mounting bracket kit is included to allow you to easily reinstall your factory stabilizer shock or an upgraded CE-9170SD1 Rancho RS5000 stabilizer shock.
More commonly in applications that require this heavy of a steering system, you’ll be looking to install Ram Assist steering. We offer easy to install ram mounting brackets for this tie rod here.
The removable cartridges in the rod ends offer many advantages.
- They are able to be replaced independently of the forged rod end, saving cost
- A spare can easily be carried in the vehicle for trail repairs (carry our JK-9703W wrench with you as well!)
- If a cartridge end is removed and replaced, the vehicle does not have to be realigned, because the tie rod /drag link length adjustment was not compromised
- If a high-steer configuration is desired, cartridges may be easily removed from the rod end forgings and reinserted from the top and simply tightened back down
This easy to install kit is completely bolt-on and requires no modifications or machining to any part of the vehicle!

Fitment Specs.:
- Intended for use with 0–6 in. of lift out of the box

- Can be used on aftermarket Dana 44 differentials that retain the factory outer steering knuckles, or aftermarket knuckles that retain the stock JK taper in the rod end mounting holes
- All 4 rod end tapers are designed to fit the vehicle's stock, original taper for ease of installation. If your tapers have been enlarged or drilled out – this will no longer be a bolt-on kit.
- If your tapers have been drilled out, or if you would like to attempt to use these components on an other than stock differential, you may review our additional cartridge offerings here.

Notes:
- Wrench flats on the tubes require a 1 1/2 in. wrench, jam nuts require a 1 7/8 in. wrench

- If you decide to flip the Rod End Cartridges to mount the components in a high-steer configuration, keep in mind that all of the corresponding tapered holes must be retapered from the other direction as well
- Intended for use with 0–6 in. of lift out of the box

RockJock's completely bolt-on Currectlync Steering System features an alloy steel 42mm (1.65 in.) diameter tie rod, a solid forged steel, organically shaped, high articulation drag link, larger forged, greasable rod ends, premium jam nuts and adjusters and it's painted black, so it's ready for install right out of the box!
The new drag link’s organic shape ensures maximum up travel where your steering components are concerned. With this piece installed, you should also consider our RJ-9120FJKF organically shaped forged Trac Bar and our RJ-107101-101 adjustable front bump stop kit so that you can fine tune your vehicle to truly achieve maximum up travel out of your build.
Our heavy duty U-bolt style steering stabilizer shock mounting bracket kit is included to allow you to easily reinstall your factory stabilizer shock or an upgraded CE-9170SD1 Rancho RS5000 stabilizer shock.
Both the tie rod and drag link feature double adjusters so that they do not require removal from the vehicle for adjustment once installed. This unit is designed for use on stock height or lifted vehicles, but for those with big tires, these components are also compatible with ram assist steering (see ram assist mounting bracket options here.

- In vehicles with no lift, or smaller lifts, the tips of the drag link ends may require slight trimming to prevent them from touching each other inside the adjuster sleeve
- In stock knuckle applications, no increase in bump stop is required for the sake of the Drag Link.
- In High Steer Knuckle applications, to squeeze the absolute most up travel out of your vehicle, we recommend the use of our RJ-9120FJKF organically shaped forged Trac Bar and our RJ-107101-101 Adjustable Bump Stop Kit.
- The Steering Stabilizer Bracket Kit that is included allows the stock stabilizer shock to be reused.
- If you are intending to use a Bilstein 5100 series stabilizer shock with this system, see Bilstein part number 24-158428 for the bolt-on shock.
- If you are intending to use a Bilstein 5100 series stabilizer shock with this system and our High Steer Knuckle Kit, see Bilstein part number 33-292984 for the bolt-on shock.
- If you are intending to use a Fox stabilizer shock with this system, see Fox part number 985-24-145 is the shock for this application, but it is not a simple bolt on affair in all instances. Some grinding and fitment may need to be done for optimum clearance and performance.
- If you are intending to use a Fox ATS stabilizer shock with this system, see Fox part number 803-02-039 for the proper mounting solution.

The HD Forged Adjustable Front and Rear (4"+) Track Bars and Rear Track Bar Bracket improve steering response center the axles to optimize vehicle roll center and reduce body roll to for unsurpassed handling. This results in improved suspension geometry and relaxed control arm angles for a superior ride quality and performance regardless of terrain. These systems restore front and rear roll axis angles to minimize brake dive and acceleration squat. TeraFlex suspension systems provide reduced noise vibration and harshness (NVH). Alpine CT Suspension Systems are engineered for hardcore Jeeping without sacrificing weekday ride comfort! We recommend Falcon Performance Shocks. Falcon shock absorbers and TeraFlex lift coil springs have been engineered together to improve both compression and rebound for optimal vehicle stability.
